Michael is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who has over 18 years experience in the industry. He is a member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW, Society of Real Estate Agents & Valuers, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce.
Michael is also an experienced commercial and residential property manager and has managed property portfolios in excess of 1,500 properties.
As the Managing Director of the Company, he leads a formidable and experienced sales team that over the years has sold and developed many landmark buildings throughout the Shire.

DAVID KENNEDY

David, along with his family, has lived in the Shire his entire life. He attended De La Salle College, Caringbah then De La Salle College, Cronulla for the Higher School Certificate.
David is into many sports and hobbies and is actively involved in surf lifesaving, football, swimming and athletics.
Having joined the Chris Burke & Co. in 1996, David has experience in all aspects of real estate, and now specialises in residential sales.
David married in March 2001 and with his wife Lisa, daughter Tahlia, and son Zayne, resides in Caringbah where they have purchased a property. David believes there is a lot of emotion in buying and selling real estate, and he enjoys making this process easier for his clients through commitment, service and honesty. |

Property Manager
Shannon King is a life long Shire resident who enjoys and loves the area. Having grown up all her life in the Shire she understands and appreciates the Shire’s community and all that it has to offer to its residents.
Shannon has been working in Property Management since 2002. She is the Company’s Property Manager and is responsible for the company leasing and maintenance of our Investment Property Portfolio.
She is highly organised and pays attention to every detail in the management of the Company portfolio.
Shannon enjoys meeting people and helping them with all their Property Management needs. Shannon is dedicated, enthusiastic and keen to be of service to landlords in seeking the best tenants for their property.
